Wonderful Katia has been sentenced like her sister Dasha to a circus life since she was a kid. Instead of wandering through the forests of Ukraine she had to learn to ride a bicycle, to go up and down stairs, greet the public by walking like humand, play volleyball … all with the help of a whip and with harsh penalties. Her home was a wretched cage of 3 square meters, where she lived for 24 years.

In October 2019 she was rescued and arrived at the Libearty Sanctuary, along with her sister where, the hardest part was to get used to the freedom she never knew.
