The Youngest Bear Cubs at AMP Libearty Need Your Help!
During their first weeks at the sanctuary, bear cubs need support to adjust to a completely new life, sadly without their loving mothers. They must be fed a specially formulated milk mixture every few hours.
As they grow, the cubs need fresh fruit throughout the year, meat free from salt and preservatives, as well as vitamins and honey. Because they are still developing, their needs are greater than those of adult bears, and they also require specialist care.
The youngest orphaned cubs to arrive in our care were found without their mothers, struggling to survive—but sadly, they stood no chance without their mothers’ care.
They are all safe now and receiving the care they need at the AMP Libearty Sanctuary!
