Project Description
Chip has been in the AMP Victory Shelter for over a year! He came to us following a call from Railway Transport Police representatives who took pity on the poor dog who was barely breathing, almost suffocated due to the tie round his neck. A thick shoelace with a chain at the end was put around his neck a long time ago. So long that the shoelace became fleshy and poor Chip had a super infected wound. He was operated on and needed months of recovery. Even though he is doing well and very happy now, Chip is a big dog and a bit of mischievous, which makes his direct adoption a bit difficult. Help us help Chip!
