All orders that require shipping will be processed once a week, respectively every Monday of each week.

All the orders for virtual products (Certificates) will be processed from Monday to Friday between 08:00 AM and 16:00 PM.

On the weekend days and National Holidays (on 24^th January, 18 ^th -21 ^st April,  1^st May, 9 June, 15 ^th August, 1 ^st December, 25 ^th -28 ^th December 2025) all the orders for virtual products (Certificates) will not be processed.
