All orders that require shipping, will be processed once a week, respectively every Monday of each week.
All the orders for virtual products (Certificates) will be processed from Monday to Friday between 08:00 AM and 16:00 PM.
On weekend days and National Holidays (on 1 st- 2 nd January, 6 th – 7 th January, 10 th – 13 th April, 1st May, 1st June, 30 th November, 1 st December 2026) all orders for virtual products (Certificates) will not be processed.
