Jofița arrived at the Târgu Mureș Zoo brought by some locals from Toplița. Then followed four years of torment, limited access to outer space, by rotation with other bears, just like Jofi. In 2007 he arrived in Libearty where he can enjoy nature, swimming pools and a real bear life. Here she just has to be happy and run freely.

Adopt Jofita with a minimum donation of 5 euros / month (60 euros / year). With this contribution, we can ensure that the adopted bear has a honey jar every month. When you finish the donation for a year, we will send you an adoption certificate.

We appreciate if you can support a greater part of the need for the bear’s care. If you represent a company, you can adopt a bear exclusively with a donation of 600 euro / month. The company's logo, accompanied by the name of the adopted bear, will be placed in the sanctuary. Over 30,000 visitors will see that the company you represent is involved in animal welfare.
