Mitsi - Asociația Milioane de Prieteni

Mitsi lived for three years in an improvised mini-zoo, near a restaurant in Bancu, Harghita County. All he knew was the steel bars and the concrete in the small cage in which he lived. Her only relief was the presence of Motsi, her brother, who was her partner in suffering. The bears were an attraction for all those who visited the village and its surroundings, so the restaurant did not lack customers. In November 2006, Mitsi and Motsi were released in the oak forest of the AMP Libearty sanctuary.

Adopt Mitsi with a minimum donation of 5 euros / month (60 euros / year). With this contribution, we can ensure that the adopted bear has a honey jar every month. When you finish the donation for a year, we will send you an adoption certificate.

We appreciate if you can support a greater part of the need for the bear’s care. If you represent a company, you can adopt a bear exclusively with a donation of 600 euro / month. The company's logo, accompanied by the name of the adopted bear, will be placed in the sanctuary. Over 30,000 visitors will see that the company you represent is involved in animal welfare.
