Teddy - Asociația Milioane de Prieteni

Teddy was 6 months old when he arrived to the Sanctuary. During these months he lived in the custody of a Forestry Department in Mihăileşti, (Argeş County). Being fed with goat-milk from child’s bottle by the people working at the forestry, Teddy became strong enough for his keepers to realize they have to give him away. Luckily for him, the foresters contacted “Libearty” and Teddy was re-homed to the Sanctuary in August 2009. After a few months spent in quarantine for further observation, he finally joined the other bears in a large enclosure, and later he was released in the third forest enclosure of the sanctuary.

This bear is not available for adoption.

Adopt Teddy with a minimum donation of 5 euros / month (60 euros / year). With this contribution, we can ensure that the adopted bear has a honey jar every month. When you finish the donation for a year, we will send you an adoption certificate.

We appreciate if you can support a greater part of the need for the bear’s care. If you represent a company, you can adopt a bear exclusively with a donation of 600 euro / month. The company's logo, accompanied by the name of the adopted bear, will be placed in the sanctuary. Over 30,000 visitors will see that the company you represent is involved in animal welfare.
