The bear cub found near the dead mother, after agonizing for hours caught in a noose, a trap set by poachers, received a holy name: Serafim! The little one spent two days next to the dead mother, waiting for her to wake up.

Extremely traumatized, Serafim now spends his time with Alexander, another cub that arrived at the sanctuary full of wounds and an orphan, found in the same area in the forests of Prahova County. The two are now safe, in an enclosure dedicated to orphaned bears.

Adopt Serafim with a minimum donation of 5 euros / month (60 euros / year). With this contribution, we can ensure that the adopted bear has a honey jar every month. When you finish the donation for a year, we will send you an adoption certificate.

We appreciate if you can support a greater part of the need for the bear’s care. If you represent a company, you can adopt a bear exclusively with a donation of 600 euro / month. The company's logo, accompanied by the name of the adopted bear, will be placed in the sanctuary. Over 30,000 visitors will see that the company you represent is involved in animal welfare.
