The Libearty sanctuary will have a special schedule, starting the 30th of Novemeber. Thus, our visitors will have more chances to see the bears enjoying freedom in the sanctuary.

From now on, even more admirers of the king of the European forests may take advantage of the Libearty sanctuary’s story. The Spanish speakers from all over the world can now watch the movie of the beginning of this sanctuary.

Ala, the 36 year old sow, left us forever, after she had been enjoying the freedom, together with the other bears in the sanctuary. She fell into the forever sleep on November 15, to meet Benny again, at the gate to eternity.

An American couple included the Libearty sanctuary in their honey moon trip. Myra Chai and Jed Castillo decided to visit Romania, just a few days after their wedding.

Starting November 1st, the winter program will begin (November 1st to April 30th) - with entries from Tuesday to Sunday at 10:00, 11:00 and 12:00 AM.

A donkey, not older than two years, was saved by an AMP team, after someone abandoned him in the Poiana Brasov resort.

On the World Animal Day we celebrated the beginning of the protection and welfare of the animals course in schools. The first Animal Protection and Welfare class was taught by the Millions of Friends Association’s (AMP) president, Cristina Lapis.
