The representatives of the zoo in Oradea asked the Millions of Friends Association to take a female bear that was being attacked all the time by her grown up cubs.
Anca, the female bear that had to spend over 20 years of her life in the Zoo from Piatra Neamț is finally enjoying the shiny, peaceful green of the forest, in the Libearty bear sanctuary!
At only 10, Anastasia Grindean decided to support the „Education saves lives!“ project, that AMP proposed for the Brasov Heroes.
Anca, a 24 year old female bear, left the zoo cage from Piatra Neamt, to come to Libearty. Thus, she will find the freedom close to her sister, who had the chance to come here in 2014.
In the first Orthodox Easter day, the Libearty sanctuary will be closed.

UPDATE (March 30, 2018): The deer rescued by firemen from the creek in Zărnești went through a surgery. After more than a week of medical care, she recovered and was set free in the woods!
The price of a visit in the „Libearty“ sanctuary will change, starting April 1st 2018. The „Millions of Friends“ Association will adjust its prices for the animal lovers that want to visit the sanctuary.
