As we promised, AMP continues to help kids and bears! The 25 children at the Alice orphanage, in Codlea, were surprised by the chance that Millions of friends Association offered them with our donors’ support to visit the bear sanctuary.
The Libearty sanctuary is the first Romanian attraction on the visit.org website. This is an online marketplace for tours and activities that benefit communities.
Starting May 7 2016, the entrance ticket price for the Libearty bear sanctuary will change for Saturday and Sunday.
The Libearty sanctuary is going to be closed on the 1st and 2nd of May.
The most serious case of animal maltreating in the last years has been discoverd in the center of Brașov.
National Geographic Traveller has rated Libearty as one of the best ethical wildlife attractions which allow animals to live as naturally as possible and invite visitors to watch, but not touch.
After a few days of accomodation, when Grisha seemed to be afraid to get close to Masha, the bears saved from the Gyumri Zoo (Armenia) are finally playing with each other!
For the first time in their lives, the bears from Gyumri will have the chance to touch the grass with their paws, climb a tree, feel the smell of the forest and refresh themselves in the pool from the Libearty sanctuary.
The flight that brings Masha and Misha to Romania has just landed on the „Henri Coanda“ airport (Bucharest)!
The Millions of Friends Association can confirm that there was a logistical problem with the documents required by the airline for the bears from Gyumri to come to the Libearty sanctuary.
