The flight that brings Masha and Misha to Romania has just landed on the „Henri Coanda“ airport (Bucharest)!

The Millions of Friends Association can confirm that there was a logistical problem with the documents required by the airline for the bears from Gyumri to come to the Libearty sanctuary.

Oyster Worldwide is a gap and responsible travel organisation based in the UK. Since the creation of the Libearty Bear Sanctuary in 2005 they have been working hard to recruit and prepare international volunteers to bring their skills, passions and enthus

The Libearty sanctuary was mentioned as one of the most interesting places for foreign tourists. The journalists from „HELLO! Magazine“ visited Transylvania, after the „Hotel Transylvania 2“ movie was released recently.

The forest rangers discovered two bear cubs, about one month old, without their mother, in the Pădurea Bogății forest reserve, around 50 km north of Brasov in central Transylvania.

A two year old female bear is the new inhabitant of the Libearty sanctuary, in Zărnești. She came from the Bucov Zoo, where she had arrived after wandering, on Christmas Eve, on the streets of Ploiești.
