Two owls were saved by the Millions of Friends Association. They were both fallen on the ground and could not fly. So, the two birds were taken and put in a dedicated enclosure, where they are feeded by hand.
Sasa, a one year old dog, went in the Victory shelter with a malformation. Instead of the right front leg, he had a small bone covered with skin, that he could not use.
Farewell, Marinica. He left us forever, in order to walk through the eternity of our memories. He had come in the Libearty sanctuary on November 16th 2010, from the Zoo in Slatina county, where he had been surviving for 14 years, in a dirty cage.
Terra was 18 years old in 2014, when she came to Libearty. She came together with her son, Pluto, who was only five months old. They were taken over by the Millions of Friends Association
The first three cubs that have been born in the Libearty sanctuary are enjoying the sun, the pool and climb the trees. Two of them already received names. Mark and Di have godparents in England who adopted them from a distance.
Bim and Bam, the two bear cubs saved by the Millions of Friends Association one year ago, have been growing up. So, the enclosure they were used to play in and climb the trees is now too small for their needs.
Masha and Grisha completely forgot the tough conditions they had to endure in the cages from Gyumri (Armenia), before coming to the Libearty sanctuary.
The deer in the Libearty sanctuary are happy with the smell of spring!
The Millions of Friends Association's activity, together with the children from the „Little bees“ class, from The House of Fairy Tales Kindergarten.
During the Easter, the Libearty sanctuary will be closed on April 16 and 17.
