Starting May 7 2016, the entrance ticket price for the Libearty bear sanctuary will change for Saturday and Sunday.
During the weekend, an entrance ticket for an adult will be 50 lei, while for children, pupils and students an entrance ticket will be 15 lei. The price for the rest of the week remains the same: 40 lei for adults and 10 lei for children.
The number of bears sheltered in the Libearty sanctuary has reached 85, and there are more bears still to rescue. The costs for caring for the bears and for maintaining the sanctuary is increasing each year. The bears need two tons of food every day, and the sanctuary fences, roads, pools, buildings and security need constant maintenance.
The Millions of Friends Association needs to cover these costs!
PLEASE NOTE: Starting from May 3rd, the sanctuary is open from Tuesday to Sunday, with tours at 9:00, 10:00 and 11:00.
