A dog was trapped in the reed, in the middle of a lake in the Noua neighbourhood Brasov. The lake was frozen and the 11 month old dog probably went on ice, to the small island on the lake. His weeping was heard by a lady who called The Millions of Friends representatives to ask for help.
One of our colleagues went there immediately. He could hardly come nearer the dog, because of the ice blocks floating on the lake. The dog had to be tranquillized, as it was so scared that would not allow anyone to come close. Now, he is in the veterinarian consulting room, for the necessary treatment.
