A mother bear and her three cubs are the new inhabitants of the Libearty sanctuary. Their move was decided by the Ministry of the Environment, after the bears got used to go every day among tourists from Saint Ana Lake.
In order to avoid a tragedy or have them shot by the hunters, the forest fund manager asked for help in order to move them to the sanctuary.
The four bears were tranquilized and then were moved to Libearty. Now, they enjoy again the nature in the quarantine area.
