Abandoned, adopted and abandoned again! This was Julian's life, a dog that seemed to be fortunate about four years ago. Back then he was adopted from the Stupini Public Shelter, but then he was brought back, because his adopters said that they hadn’t have enough time to take care of him. Considering his condition and his skin problems, it doesn’t seem he has been taken care of so far.
Julian was taken by the AMP team and now he is under treatment at the Victory Dog Shelter.
