Bijou came to us to become a star. Only four months old, the puppy arrived at the gate of the Victory shelter by herself after wandering in a field nearby. She’s beautiful and delicate like a jewel—qualities that have quickly ensured her rise to the ”star” section of our newsletter. With brown eyes outlined with black, Bijou looks like she puts on her makeup perfectly every morning. She doesn’t have a family yet, but she’s waiting patiently for someone to take her home!
