With little money, we do great things. Winter is coming, and we want to offer the puppies at the shelter the best possible conditions for making it through the approaching cold weather. A dilapidated building, some walls that could fall, a space in which old stuff was stored. This is the place that will soon become a nursery for the future Victory shelter puppies.
How far along is the work on the puppy nursery?
Work on the puppy nursery is underway. The walls were totally rebuilt, and now people are working on the roof of the building. Nearly 70 square meters, the space has windows for natural light. This nursery is designed for puppies and their mothers and will be heated in the winter—foam-insulated walls will keep the temperature constant. To protect a large number of puppies, seven large boxes will be installed, specially prepared for the little ones. All this will help us make sure that they get through the winter.
