After a long hot Summer and a prolonged Fall, the first days of November came along with a great surprise on the bear mountain…the first snow.
There was one late afternoon when the first snow-flakes started to fall and for the new bears it was another great experience they have lived.
Most of the bears who lived in captivity have never experienced anything related to the free wild life before. In a cage, all the four seasons have the same weather, temperature and climate.
Here in the sanctuary, in the wild, the once captive bears have the opportunity to finally experience the freedom of the oak forest and all the four seasons, the wind, the sun, the rain and the snow.
